Replace COW MILK with SOYA MILK, ALMOND MILK

Replacing COW'S MILK with options like SOYA MILK AND ALMOND MILK etc.

Calves of dairy cows are generally separated from their mothers within first 24 hours after birth. The majority of milk thus enters the food market and not the stomach of the calves. However, growing up of calves without a mother has consequences- like calves produce high level of stress and heart rate measured in these animals was the lowest.

Calves reared with their mothers are active during isolation or become more sociable adults.

The Research shows that a  richer environment during rearing i.e with contact to mothers and to other cows makes animals more sociable and socially competent adults...

So, to avoid such an effect on calves we should use alternate source of milk such as ALMOMND MILK, SOYA MILK, COCONUT MILK, etc.

SOYAMILK- It is a popular source or alternate source to daily milk. Manufacturers produce soya milk from SOYABEAN extract. Milk is available is sweetened and flavored varieties,  such as CHOCLATE and VANILLA.

SOYA MILK is rich in CALCIUM, VITAMIN A and D and RIBOFLAVIN in the same way as DAIRY MILK.

ALMOND MILK- Ground almonds, water and sweetener make almond milk also popular alternative. Manufactures also fortify almond milk with VITAMINA and MINERALS. It has a creamy texture similar to that of DAIRY MILK.

ALMOND contains a high amount of VITAMIN E.

So, we have wide range of milk alternatives and each has a different nutritional profile, flavor, color and texture.
